Lower Deschutes is now open

The entire 100 miles of the Lower Deschutes is now open! Flows have been relatively stable and the fishing is good. Warm, overcast days are producing nice hatches of BWOs and March Browns. Caddis activity is picking up as well. Stonefly nymphs fished in tandem with a dropper are also picking up fish. Please be on the lookout for spawning fish and take care not to wade through their redds!
