Crane Report

   Crane Prairie is open and fishing good. The Brook trout should be plentiful and aggressive so look to catch lots of brookies. Fishing the Rock Creek and Quinn channels should be productive. It's all about finding where the fish are holding. Chironomids and buggers are the best tactics for Crane. Fly and Field has lots of Chironmids and Buggers to choose from. Fishing Crane early in the season can pay off big time so get on out there!
