Upper D Report

The Deschutes through town is extremely low. Yes it is that time of year where irrigation is shut off and winter flows are taken place. This means the fish will hunker down in some of the deeper pools or anywhere they can feel secured. The advantage for the angler is fishing water that can not be fished during high water. Streamers or nymphs would be the best choice. Benham falls upstream to Wickiup closes Oct. 31st.
