Upper Deschutes

   The Deschutes for once has too much water but dropping. Below Benham falls last week, the Deschutes looked like Chocolate Milk. Flows are dropping and water clarity continues to improve. Nymphing is the best option as of late. Streamers close in near undercuts or structure could also produce the big town brown. Keep a close eye on flows before going out.
