The big bugs are all but a memory!  Hopefully you were able to catch some great dry fly fishing during this years salmonfly hatch.  The fishing at times was unbelievable.  Our multi-day trips offered customers plenty of elbow room and rising trout!  If you missed it this year, book now for next year. You will not regret it!!!  

You still might find a few golden stones up near Warm Springs, but the attention of most trout has shifted to caddis and mayfly hatches.  Mid-day dry fly fishing can still be had, but focus your attention to shaded areas along grassy banks and under the alder trees.  Evening fishing in the backeddies is really starting to ramp up.  Be prepared to fish until dark!
