Light tippets and small flies

There has been good fishing in and around the hatchery area, but for more solitude look up and down river for feeding fish. This is a clear spring creek, so light tippets and small, sparse flies produce the best. Don’t overlook a streamer if the fish are unresponsive to dead drifted patterns.
