Upper Deschutes Report

    The Upper Deschutes in town has been fishing good. Nymphing the riffles lately has been producing. Using a stonefly nymph and a dropper is the perfect combo for nymphing in town. Dropper flies to use are any small mayfly nymphs. If your looking for the big brown in town, streamers and covering lots of water is the name of the game. Were lucky to have the mighty Deschutes run through town and the beer Deschutes Brewery brews. I can't think of a better combo. Maybe an in town fishing session followed by a Deschutes Brewery beer. Yeah go do it!
