Fall River Fishing Good

    I got a chance to get my fishing fix in last week with Andy Archer. Instead of making the trek to go fish for steelhead, we choose the short the drive to the Fall River. The Fall this time of year can be epic! We got out to the Fall around 11 am. With sunny skies, there were not a lot of bugs on the water, however, fish were willing to come up for a small Purple Haze. I tried throwing a streamer underneath debris but came up empty. The Fall River will continue to fish well throughout winter. It can really turn on at times. If your looking for a day trip, the Fall River is perfect for that. Look to fish the middle of the day especially when there is an overcast. BTW there are some big fish in the Fall!
