Fished East on Tuesday (6/25) with Jon and Adam. We endured wind, rain, and cold. Through it all they shivered and chattered and fished like champs. We started the morning avoiding the white caps on the open lake and took shelter in the cove. We started with the bobbers and picked up a fish or two, but within the hour we noticed and active feeding on the surface. We changed up and went dry dropper and had some fantastic surface action for several hours. Finished the day with some sailing (also known as wind drifting) in white caps and the hardest rain of the day. We stopped at the lodge to finish the day up with a much needed hot cup of coffee.
