March Browns are showing

The March Browns are showing a bit, with the BWO's still the most abundant option. The MB's can get the fish excited, so if you see a few it's worth a shot. The winds can be your limiting factor. When it blows hard all afternoon the fish rarely appear feeding on the surface. If you can find a calmer day, overcast is good, you should see some rise forms. You can bet you'll have plenty of water to yourself, and being in the canyon at this time of year is pretty cool. There are a few caddis and a couple stones around too, so it doesn't hurt to have a few different nymphs on hand if you plan on fishing sub surface.
