Lower Fall River Recon

Below the falls opens May 26th.  Went on a scouting trip to the river below the falls and was nearly eaten alive by the mosquitos.  Bring bug spray...  Having said that, the river looks good and mayflies and caddis were floating around.  Above the falls is open year-round and fishing mayflies, caddis, and midges is the most productive.
