East Lake Report
Fishing at East has been O.K. Using Chironomid imitations under an indicator has been the most consistent fish producer, however as temperatures begin to rise, we will begin to see more callibaetis hatches in the afternoons. Before the hatch, try wind drifting callibaetis nymphs with in intermediate sinking line. Casting large streamer patterns toward the bank in the mornings and evenings is a good way to search for the monster brown trout in the lake. Give it a couple weeks and East will fishing very well.
