Lava Lake Calli's

Lava Lake has been more productive than Little Lava for the past week or so.  For the most part, the Callibaetis hatch is in full swing, and our guides have been seeing lots of fish on the surface.  When the hatch is off, wind drift callibaetis nymphs with sinking lines, or suspend chironomids under an indicator.  Damsel nymphs and various streamer patterns are always an option out there as well.  Lastly, always travel with black flying-ant patterns up there.  This particular hatch is sporadic, but when it happens, it is too much fun!  Get out there and enjoy this beautiful weather!
