Hot days on the Lower Deschutes

Had some very hot days on the lower Deschutes the last couple of weeks. Because of the hot weather fishing has been a little tougher, especially for those bigger fish. We are still getting a few on dries in the shady areas and in the riffle water though. Been a few rumours about a couple of steelhead being caught on the Warm Springs-Trout Creek stretch, a few more weeks and we will be fishing for them on that stretch!
