Well the title says it all! Focus your efforts by fishing chirnomids in the channels, especially the Deschutes and Cultus channels. This will be your best bet to catch fish. Use various patterns of Ice Cream Cones, Morrisons Criss-X, and the Big red bombers. Enjoy!
