Upper D running High

I went and looked at the Upper D the other night and noticed the water is running higher due to the run off. However, this should not affect fishing too much. I was noticing some fish rising on small little caddis patterns. Right now is the time you can get away with fishing small hoppers and terrestrials. Never underestimate throwing streamers or getting down deep for those larger brookies and rainbows. And please make sure to have "Mosquito Repellent" and to not make the mistake of wearing shorts and a measly tank top. I left the Upper D with enough mosquito bites  to keep me itching to now! Go out there and tear it up!!
